Tóm tắt

Trong nghiên cứu này đề cập đến ảnh hưởng của một số yếu tố (pH, nồng độ chất rắn, độ thoáng khí và lên men) lên sinh trưởng của B. thuringiensis (Bt) trong môi trường nuôi cấy sử dụng bùn hoạt tính của nhà máy bia. Vi khuẩn B. thuringiensis có khả sinh trưởng trong môi trường có độ pH từ pH 6–8 và hình thành delta–endotoxin cao nhất (617,67 mg/l) ở pH 7. Nồng độ chất rắn cho delta–endotoxin cao nhất là 20–25 g/l. Ở tỷ lệ môi trường nuôi cấy trong bình nón 2:10 (v/v) chủng B.thuringiensis sinh trưởng tốt nhất, mật độ tế bào đạt cực đại 2,9×108 CFU/ml và nồng độ delta–endotoxin đạt 619,06 mg/l. Quá trình cấp khí liên tục là cần thiết đối với B. thuringensis trong quá trình nuôi, ngưng cấp khí dù ở giai đoạn nào cũng ảnh hưởng đến delta–endotoxin của Bt. Khi nuôi cấy trong hệ lên men với điều kiện pH = 7, oxy hòa tan 4 mg/l, Bt cho độc tính cao hơn khi nuôi bình tam giác, delta–endotoxin đạt 725,05 mg/l sau 48h. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, B.thuringiensis có khả năng sinh trưởng tốt trên bùn hoạt tính từ nước thải bia và có triển vọng ứng dụng trong thực tế.
