Tóm tắt
Biến đổi khí hậu (BĐKH) là một trong những đe dọa nghiêm trọng đến an ninh phi truyền thống (ANPTT). BĐKH có các tác động đến nhiều chiều cạnh khác nhau của ANPTT. Nghiên cứu này đã tổng hợp và xử lý các số liệu, tài liệu về tác động của BĐKH đến một số chiều cạnh của ANPTT. Trên cơ sở đó đã phân tích các nguy cơ, thách thức và đe dọa của BĐKH đến một số chiều cạnh chính của an ninh phi truyền thống gồm: An ninh khí hậu, an ninh lương thực, an ninh năng lượng và an ninh nguồn nước. Các kết quả phân tích cho thấy thực hiện các giải pháp ứng phó BĐKH để đảm bảo ANPTT chính là bảo vệ an ninh quốc gia, an toàn của đất nước, xã hội, cộng đồng, doanh nghiệp và con người và phát triển bền vững (PTBV).
