Tóm tắt

Hiện nay, chuyển đổi số là mục tiêu chiến lược phát triển kinh tế xã hội, đồng thời là cơ hội để phát triển kinh tế tuần hoàn. Nghiên cứu này phân tích hiện trạng chuyển đổi số trong hoạt động quản lý chất thải công nghiệp tại một số tỉnh phía Nam trên cơ sở phỏng vấn sâu các bên liên quan. Kết quả cho thấy công tác báo cáo cũng như số hóa, phân tích và quản lý dữ liệu chất thải công nghiệp chỉ áp dụng mức độ chuyển đổi số cơ bản, mặc dù đã có vài công nghệ số được triển khai như hệ thống định vị chất thải (GPS) và phần mềm kê khai phí bảo vệ môi trường nước thải. Công tác quản lý chất thải tái chế tại các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ cần được đẩy mạnh và hỗ trợ bằng phần mềm dữ liệu. Nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh vai trò của trung tâm trao đổi (thông tin) chất thải trên nền tảng công nghệ kỹ thuật số. Vai trò tích cực của công nghệ số là động lực thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số. Rào cản lớn nhất chính là thiếu thể chế và hướng dẫn cụ thể, yêu cầu về trình độ nhân lực, và chi phí đầu tư cho chuyển đổi số. Nghiên cứu đưa ra các giải pháp cụ thể nhằm tối ưu hóa công tác quản lý chất thải công nghiệp trên cơ sở chuyển đổi số.
